About the Institute of Electrical

Michael Milliard is an information technology specialist and medical records consultant who has worked in different capacities in Connecticut and Wisconsin. As a research informatics technical service provider and solution analyst, Mr. Michael Milliard helps identify and diagnose issues and manages rollouts across multiple healthcare operations. On the side, Mr. Michael is an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

With seven offices internationally and over 400,000 members in 160 countries, IEEE is the world’s leader in advancing technology for humanity’s benefit. The organization and its members provide highly cited technical publications, professional and educational activities, and over 1,300 technology and industry standards. In addition, IEEE provides education resources for students, teachers, and continuing professional education. The resources and programs enable the three groups to meet their continuing education requirements and access support products and services.

IEEE engages technical and local communities as active participants in publications, conferences, and authorship on different technical topics at both a local and global level. Considering the large and diverse membership composition, the organizers hold more than 1900 annual conferences and events with the subject of interest customized for the target client, for example, country or specialization.
